RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We “J4” have been a customer friendly service since we shorted years ago. We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 14days from the shipping date. We seek your understanding to provide proof of purchase to complete this procedure.
- Please submit your exchange request via EMAIL
- We will revert back within 24 hours.
Notes:
- Exchange of the product cannot be performed at any J4 retail shop counters.
- The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all its original packaging and receipt / proof of purchased.
- Include your proof of purchase in the returned parcel.
- We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damage in transit.
- Once we received your returned parcel, we shall notify you via your registered email.
- After we have received and verified the returned merchandise successfully, we will proceed to exchange the product or allot online payment (Excluding shipping price) into your account 48 hours.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
- In case of any size issues in the custom cloths theses will be no replacement or refund.
- Faulty product or damage from our end then the customer can proceed for return request.
- Color of the product may slightly vary as per customer screen resolution.
